SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping
Our hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. East Coast Time. Orders are generally shipped by USPS and UPS. Shipping will be based on the actual carrier charge. The shipping method is selected at the time of the order and the cost for shipping will be added to the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are still liable for shipping costs on refused packages or returned CODs.
Shipping charges by USPS as of 07/26/2010:
Domestic orders: $10.20
International orders: $42.00
Canada: $26.00
Domestic shipments take from 2-6 business days to arrive. We let you know by email when your order has been shipped. We only provide tracking numbers by request.
International shipments may take from 15-20 days to arrive. We will let you know by email when your order has been shipped, and will include your tracking number. It may take up to 5 days after shipping for the tracking number to become active and trackable in the USPS system.
Ordering
We prefer that you place your order via the website, as internet orders are given priority status and will be filled much more quickly than orders placed by phone, fax, or email. Additionally, orders may be mailed -- a great option when you require specific items based on enclosed samples. When you place an online order, you will receive a confirmation email once the order is received. Please note the minimum order is $150.00, regardless of order method. Orders that are less than $150.00 will not be accepted. Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business day after they are received. On certain occasions, during busy times and for international orders, the order may take as long as 4 days to ship after it is received.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns in exchange for your money back on all damaged items or mis-shipments. Returns on items that are not damaged or mis-shipped will only be exchanged for credit on future orders. Discounts for shipping or quantity discounts will likewise be subtracted from the value of the returned items.
All returns must be issued within 7 days of receiving your order. You may place only ONE return per order. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. For all other returns, please call for authorization and instructions. Items must be received in original condition (ie. still on their original strands, etc). Refunds and credits are generally issued within 5 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Back Orders
The web site stock is updated every day. Inventory is very difficult to constantly monitor, therefore, the stock is 95% accurate. Out of stock items are usually restocked within a month with the exception of closeout items, however; this is not guaranteed.
Checks & Credit Cards
Checks: Make all checks payable to: Nirvana Trading. Recovery fees up to $25 will be assessed on all returned checks. Problem debts will be referred to a collections agency for prosecution and will be reported to credit bureaus. Customers will be responsible for all collection costs including but not limited to any legal fees.
Credit Cards: For your convenience we take MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Unfortunately, we DO NOT take Discover Card at this time.
