Back Orders

The web site stock is updated every day with a 95% accuracy. Out of stock items are restocked within 2-3 months with the exception of closeout items. However, this is not guaranteed.

Quantity Discounts

You can assort any of our products to receive bulk discounts: This discount scale applies only to orders made through our website. Discounts on sales done directly while meeting a member of our sales staff at your place of business will be less.

$300 - $699: free shipping
$700 - $1499: 5% off + free shipping
$1500+ : 10% off + free shipping

Free Shipping will be applied on any order over $300 and is only for domestic (USA) shipments. International orders over $300 will have their shipping fee reduced, but not given free.

Discounts are given as coupons off your next order (while free shipping is applied right away). For example, if you purchase $800 then you'll receive free shipping on your present order, and get a coupon for $40 to use on your next order.

In cases where we run special sales, quantity discounts cannot be applied on top of the given sale.

This discount scale applies only to orders made through our website.

Ordering

We prefer that you place your order via the website, as internet orders are given priority status and will be filled much more quickly than orders placed by phone, fax, or email. When you place an online order, you will receive a confirmation email once the order is received. The minimum FIRST TIME order amount is $250; after the first order the minimum is $150. Orders that don't meet the minimums will not be accepted.

**Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business day after they are received. On certain occasions, during busy times and for international orders, the order may take as long as 5 days to ship after it is received.

Photography Copyrights

All images are copyright 2008-2013 NIRVANABEADS.COM. Customers may only use nirvanabeads.com photos for republication with express written consent from Nirvana Beads and with the original Nirvana Beads watermark affixed to each photo. Use of photos from our website that do not contain the Nirvana Beads watermark is forbidden. To obtain consent to use our online photography, write to: onlinesales@nirvanabeads.com

Refunds

Refunds for missing items or returns are generally issued within 5 days of sending out the order or receiving the returned merchandise.

Restocking fee on cancelled or returned orders

Orders that are returned to Nirvana Beads Corp with more than 50% of their original contents or are cancelled by the customer more than 24 hours after the order has been placed are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the value of the returned or cancelled merchandise. No exceptions.

Returns

Damaged items or mis-shipments:

We are happy to accept returns in exchange for your money back on all damaged items or mis-shipments.

All returns must be issued within 21 days of receiving your order. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Items must be received in original condition (ie. still on their original strands, etc). Refunds, credits and exchange are generally issued within 5 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

No damaged or mis-shipped items:

Returns on items that are neither damaged or mis-shipped will be exchanged only for credit on future orders. If you earned any quantity discounts or free shipping, these will likewise be subtracted from the value of the returned items.

All returns must be issued within 21 days of receiving your order. You may place only ONE return per order. A copy of the original invoice must accompany your return. Items must be received in original condition (ie. still on their original strands, etc). Refunds and credits are generally issued within 5 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that are listed in our "close out" or "99 cents and less" section .

For all other returns, please call for authorization and instructions.

Shipping

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. East Coast Time. Orders are generally shipped by USPS and UPS, depending on your distance from New York City and if you are located within the USA. The cost for shipping will be added to the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are still liable for shipping costs on refused packages or returned CODs. If you would like to ship using another carrier, please specify this in the comments.

Domestic Shipments:

Domestic shipments take from 2-6 business days to arrive. We will let you know by email when your order has been shipped. The Tracking Number will be available in "My Account" at NirvanaBeads.com. Go to "Previous Orders" and click "view".

International shipments:

International shipments may take from 15-20 days to arrive. We will let you know by email when your order has been shipped. The Tracking Number will be available in "My Account" at NirvanaBeads.com. Go to "Previous Orders" and click "view". It may take up to 5 days after shipping for the tracking number to become active and trackable in the USPS system. Please be aware that on very rare occasions, packages can get stuck in customs, taking longer to arrive to its destination. If you require faster shipping please let us know, but it may cost around $100 - $150.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping will be applied on any order over $300 only for domestic (USA) shipments. International orders over $300 will have their shipping fee reduced, but not given free.
