Shipping

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. East Coast Time. Orders are generally shipped by USPS and UPS, depending on your distance from New York City and if you are located within the USA. The cost for shipping will be added to the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are still liable for shipping costs on refused packages or returned CODs. If you would like to ship using another carrier, please specify this in the comments.

Domestic Shipments:

Domestic shipments take from 2-6 business days to arrive. We let you know by email when your order has been shipped. The Tracking Number will be available in "My Account" at NirvanaBeads.com. Go to "Previous Orders" and click "view"

International shipments:

International shipments may take from 15-20 days to arrive. We will let you know by email when your order has been shipped. The Tracking Number will be available in "My Account" at NirvanaBeads.com. Go to "Previous Orders" and click "view". It may take up to 5 days after shipping for the tracking number to become active and trackable in the USPS system. Please be aware that in very rare occasions, packages can get stock in customs, taking longer to arrive to its destination. If you require a faster shipping please let us know, but it will cost you around $100 - $150 usd.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping will be applied on any order over $300 and is only for domestic (USA) shipments. International orders over $300 will have their shipping fee reduced, but not given free.

Ordering

We prefer that you place your order via the website, as internet orders are given priority status and will be filled much more quickly than orders placed by phone, fax, or email. Additionally, orders may be mailed -- a great option when you require specific items based on enclosed samples. When you place an online order, you will receive a confirmation email once the order is received. Please note the minimum order is $150.00, regardless of order method. Orders that are less than $150.00 will not be accepted.

**Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business day after they are received. On certain occasions, during busy times and for international orders, the order may take as long as 5 days to ship after it is received.

Returns

Damaged items or mis-shipments:

We are happy to accept returns in exchange for your money back on all damaged items or mis-shipments.

All returns must be issued within 10 days of receiving your order. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Items must be received in original condition (ie. still on their original strands, etc). Refunds, credits and exchange are generally issued within 5 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

No damaged or mis-shipped items:

Returns on items that are neither damaged or mis-shipped will be exchanged only for credit on future orders. If you earned any quantity discounts or free shipping, these will likewise be subtracted from the value of the returned items.

All returns must be issued within 10 days of receiving your order. You may place only ONE return per order. A copy of the original invoice must accompany your return. Items must be received in original condition (ie. still on their original strands, etc). Refunds and credits are generally issued within 5 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that are listed in our "close out" section.

For all other returns, please call for authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds for missing items or returns are generally issued within 5 days of sending out the order or receiving the returned merchandise.

Restocking fee on cancelled or returned orders

Orders that are returned to Nirvana Beads Corp with more than 50% of their original contents or are cancelled by the customer more than 24 hours after the order has been placed are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the value of the returned or cancelled merchandise. No exceptions.

Back Orders

The web site stock is updated every day with a 95% accuracy. Out of stock items are restocked within 2-3 months with the exception of closeout items. However, this is not guaranteed.

Credit Cards & Checks

Make all checks payable to: Nirvana Beads. Recovery fees up to $25 will be assessed on all returned checks. Problem debts will be referred to a collections agency for prosecution and will be reported to credit bureaus. Customers will be responsible for all collection costs including, but not limited to, any legal fees. Credit Cards: For your convenience we take MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
