Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. East Coast Time. Nirvanabeads.com provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Nirvanabeads.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Ordering

We prefer that you place your order via the website, as internet orders are given priority status and will be filled much more quickly than orders placed by phone, fax, or email. Additionally, orders may be mailed -- a great option when you require specific items based on enclosed samples. When you place an online order, you will receive a confirmation email once the order is received and then another confirmation when the order is shipped. Please note the minimum order is $150.00, regardless of order method. Orders that are less than $150.00 will not be accepted.

Back Orders

The web site stock is updated every day. Inventory is very difficult to constantly monitor, therefore, the stock is 95% accurate. Out of stock items are usually restocked within a month with the exception of closeout items, however; this is not guaranteed.

shipping Costs

Shipping Terms and Insurance: In general, Nirvanabeads.com makes the effort to ship the orders the same business day if the order is received by 3:00pm EST. The orders received after 3:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or other holidays. Shipping will be based on the actual carrier charge. The shipping method is selected at the time of order and the cost for shipping will be added to the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are still liable for shipping costs on refused packages. We have found USPS to be very reliable and cost efficient.

Checks

Make all checks payable to: Nirvana Trading. Recovery fees up to $25 will be assessed on all returned checks. Problem debts will be referred to a collections agency for prosecution and will be reported to credit bureaus. Customers will be responsible for all collection costs including but not limited to any legal fees.

Credit Cards

For your convenience we take MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Debit Cards with any of these card logos. Unfortunately, we DO NOT take Discover Card at this time., Once you place the order your credit card is automatically charged immediately. In most cases, your order will be shipped the next business day. If the credit card transaction is not successful, your order will not be processed and we are not obliged to contact you.

CODs

At this time we do not accept any COD's.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns for exchange on all damaged items or mis-shipments. All returns must be issued within 10 days of receiving your package. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. For all other returns, please call for authorization and instructions. Items must be received in original condition (ie. still on strands, etc).

Statements Made in Describing Goods:

Nirvanabeads.com has attempted to accurately depict the products offered on the Site. However, because the depiction of a product is dependent on your computer monitor, Nirvanabeads.com cannot guarantee that such depiction will be accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail. Nirvanabeads.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may not use Nirvanabeads.com. Nirvanabeads.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content.
